Disabling unnecessary Add-ins is a great way to make your Outlook start faster, run more reliably and use less memory.
Click File > Options > Add-Ins.
Click Go.
Uncheck Add-ins you don’t need. We recommend unchecking Outlook Social Connector and iCloud.
